These capabilities describe the XLINSI product vision. The Explore Demo opens the application shell. People management, project boards, timelines, Culture, Direction, Daily Briefs, and Performance are not operational there yet.
Organizations & Structure
An organization chooses its own shape. A flat team and a multi-brand company can both start here.
Multiple organizations
One person can own and join more than one organization.
People, projects, or both
Either side can stand alone. Neither is a prerequisite.
Custom groupings
Name the dimension Department, Team, Squad, Brand, or something of your own. It is not a status, a permission, or a reporting line.
People & Permissions
A directory and an org chart read the same people. Access is assigned separately from the chart.
List and org chart
Two views of one set of records. Switching views does not copy or remove anyone.
Roles and permissions
Owner, Admin, Member, and Guest are assigned per organization. A job title does not grant them.
Projects & Execution
Projects, tasks, lists, Kanban, and sprints are ways to see the same work.
Shared task model
A view change does not create a second task.
Optional projects
An organization can run without projects, then add them later.
Brand / Project Timelines
Roadmaps use dimensions you name. Dates and a planned-versus-actual comparison are optional.
Custom axes
Phases, outcomes, or labels of your own. Timeline axes are not the same as people groupings.
A baseline that remains
A revision is meant to leave the original plan readable. The working editor is not in this preview.

Culture
Vision, mission, policies, and ten dos and don'ts can become a shared reference for one organization.
Organization-specific
Culture belongs to that organization, and later to a brand or operating group when that is useful.
Shared expectations
Principles and policy awareness stay separate from performance reviews.
Culture / Northstar Studio · fictional preview
Vision
Make considered work easier to run, for a studio that still wants to feel like itself.
Direction
Authorized leaders share a daily note or a weekly outlook with a chosen audience.
Daily note and weekly outlook
Encouragement, priorities, changes, and deadlines, written for the people who need them.
Audience
The whole organization, a brand, or a custom group. Publishing still has to respect access.

Daily note · Entire organization
The design review yesterday was careful and useful. Today, finish the checklist items that are already in progress. Flag a blocker in your brief if a label is still missing.
Daily Briefs
Two lines about the work done and what comes next, including a blocker when there is one.
A working-day practice
Expectations can follow schedules, leave, weekends, and time zones. A missing day is not a score.
Manager visibility
A lead can read the briefs for their team. The length of a brief does not rate the person.
Performance
Weekly check-ins, monthly reviews, and quarterly evaluations connect work with reflection.
Three cycles
Check-ins cover commitments and support. Reviews cover delivery and feedback. Evaluations cover objectives and growth.
Private to participants
A review stays with the people authorized to see it. It is not derived from task counts or brief volume.
Fictional operating rhythm · nothing is sent or stored

Team member Daily Brief

Two lines · fictional sample
Finished the workshop notes. Next, I need the phase labels before I can place the remaining milestones.
Priorities and blockers
Phase labels
Immediate
One open blocker. A brief records it. It does not score the person who wrote it.
Personal Workspace & Visibility
My Work follows the person. Dashboards, timelines, and activity stay inside the access they have.
My Work
Responsibilities from every organization that has granted access, labeled by organization.
Reporting
Essential summaries for the work someone is allowed to see. Sensitive reviews stay out of unrelated organizations.
Future Intelligence
A later premium layer. None of these capabilities exist in the product today.
AI-powered insights
Planned recommendations drawn from how an organization works.
Knowledge Vault, integrations, and automations
Planned context, connections, and repeated steps. Pricing will be announced when they exist.
